Before you start.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Don't write or rehearse your answers. Just speak honestly based on what you know and feel right now. Your natural answers give the interview better material to work with.

How long does it take?

As long as you need. Don't stop after a few questions. Keep going until you've covered your purpose, vision, audience, goals, obstacles, priorities, and next steps. Before you finish, ask if there's anything else it needs.

What do I need to do it?

A quiet place, a phone or computer, and voice mode turned on. That's it. Voice mode lets you speak naturally instead of typing every answer.

What happens after the interview?

You get a written report. Save it somewhere easy to find. Review it, correct anything that's off, then save the final version. Work it one step at a time.
